INTRODUCING THE CASEAWARE IDEAS PORTAL
Ideation and enhancement process flow change
When a360inc acquired CaseAware in 2017, we committed to investing and expanding the industry's leading default servicing legal platform. And despite the challenges of our current environment, we are continuing to invest in CaseAware by leveraging your VOICE. Your ideas are key to the CaseAware roadmap and we want to hear from everyone -- from partners to admins to end-users.
Introducing the Ideas Portal: a new idea collection methodology that helps us understand what you want and need from CaseAware without feeling like you bear the burden of an additional invoice for submitting an idea. Until now, we've built the roadmap by taking requests in a queue-driven format then determining if it's something that would benefit one firm, most firms or all firms. This educated-guess method was difficult to manage and resulted in a FIFO prioritization process instead of what was needed. This new idea collection method will help us understand what users want and need without feeling like you are bearing the burden of an invoice for submitting an idea. We initially launched our Ideas Portal in April 2019 starting with our CaseAware Advisory Group which expanded in 2020. We've seen numerous new ideas and discussions amongst the CAG, creating a sense of community and investment in the product. We want to unlock that collaboration for all users to contribute ideas and propel the innovation behind this industry-leading case management system. Commonly asked questions are addressed below, however, if you have a question about how something should work, please reach out to CA Support (for Bronze subscribers) or your assigned CAM (for Silver and Gold subscribers). |
