Registration Rate: $595

Discounted room rates are available for registered CONVIA attendees. The host hotel is the Las Colinas Irving Convention Center Westin. Registered attendees can book rooms online at a discounted rate of $209.00 per night plus any applicable state, local, and occupancy taxes. Discounted room rates expire on June 28, 2021 and are subject to availability as the block may sell out prior to the cut-off date. Click here to reserve your room

Refund/Cancellation Policy 
Refund requests for registrations purchased in 2021 made before July 1, 2021 will be made in full, minus a $45 processing fee. Refund requests after July 1, 2021 will be issued a credit toward the next year’s event. Registrants may switch attendees within the same organization at no cost. Registrations are non-transferrable outside of the organization on file in the original registration. Registrations from 2020 will be honored as a pass to the 2021 event (live and virtual).
