David Filer serves as Chief Technology Officer, leading a360inc’s technology organization and overseeing the strategy, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology initiatives. He is responsible for ensuring that the company’s platforms, systems, and operational capabilities align with and advance its long-term business strategy.

With more than 20 years of experience as an innovative technology and operations executive, David has a strong track record of driving enterprise growth, modernization, and scalable delivery models. His previous leadership roles at Nielsen, J.P. Morgan, and FCM included designing large-scale operational frameworks and technology solutions that supported private equity carveouts and complex transformation initiatives.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the University of South Florida, and maintains certifications across Lean, DevOps, and Agile. His leadership continues to strengthen a360inc’s technology vision, operational efficiency, and enterprise performance.
