Dragica Medak serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Country Manager for a360inc in Panama, where she leads business process outsourcing (BPO) operations and oversees enterprise execution across the region. With more than 18 years of experience in operations management, corporate governance, and legal oversight, she brings a disciplined, strategic approach to operational performance, risk management, and organizational alignment.

In her role, Dragica manages all aspects of the Panama operation, including Human Resources, Operations, Administration, Finance, Facilities, and IT, while also serving as General Counsel and Legal Representative for the entity. Her leadership focuses on process optimization, compliance, and scalable execution that supports both client outcomes and long-term financial performance.

Prior to joining a360inc, Dragica spent more than a decade at LOGS of Panama, where she held senior leadership roles across operations and legal governance. She holds advanced degrees in law with concentrations in banking, corporate, and financial law.  She continues to strengthen a360inc’s global operations through disciplined execution, sound governance, and a commitment to operational excellence.
