Henry Davidson is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a360inc’s Notary Solution, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across fintech, real estate services, financial advisory, and national professional services. He leads growth strategy, enterprise sales, and nationwide business development—driving revenue performance and strategic partnerships through intelligently integrated technology and operationally focused solutions.

Previously, Henry founded Express Notary, which was acquired by a360inc in 2020. Before that, he served as President of Equity Trust Advisors, Inc., where he built and led the company’s national sales organization, driving expansion and client acquisition. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Stockbroker with Tradeway Securities Group, where he launched the firm’s Irvine branch and managed a broad portfolio of client accounts.
