CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Jacqueline Comeau is Chief Administrative Officer for A360, Inc. In her role, she provides detailed organizational diagnoses to identify and mitigate risks, ensure legal compliance, maximize organizational efficiency, develop human resource management strategies, and improve overall business models. Jacqueline is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the A360, Inc.’s integrated Corporate Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Program, as well as the company’s compliance services offering. Jacqueline has over 25 years’ diverse experience and she and her team contribute a wealth of organizational development tools to A360, Inc. and its clients, including compliance program development and implementation, training program design, vendor management, risk management strategies, internal controls, process and workflow improvements, strategic human resource management, organizational design, continuous improvement, and change and transformation management. Her approach involves cross-functional team facilitation to build consensus and support for shared goals among all relevant stakeholders.
Jacqueline is a Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics certified professional, holds a bachelor of science degree in business management and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is a
passionate speaker and author on compliance and risk management and an active member of the ALFN’s Women in Legal Leadership.
