Kelly Boatenhammer serves as Chief Administrative Officer, for a360inc, where she leads human capital strategy and drives organizational alignment. With more than two decades of experience designing and overseeing global HR programs, she brings a strong blend of leadership, strategic vision, and operational depth.

Since joining ProVest in 2019, Kelly has strengthened workforce development, organizational structure, and leadership effectiveness across the company. Prior to her work with ProVest, she held progressive HR leadership roles in the aerospace and engineering sectors at L-3 Communications, CACI International, and Belcan Government Services.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of South Florida and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Human Capital Strategist (HCM). She continues to advance a360inc’s people strategy and organizational performance.
