Michael J. Leroy is the Chief Financial Officer of a360inc, bringing more than 24 years of progressive management experience and two decades in the professional staffing and IT consulting industries. His financial leadership and operational discipline strengthen the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Mike previously served as CFO of Dexian, LLC, a privately held $1+ billion global IT staffing and consulting provider, where he oversaw finance and accounting for more than 10,000 employees across 70 worldwide locations. Before that, he spent 18+ years at ASGN Inc., leading key areas of corporate finance, FP&A, strategic planning, M&A and investor relations support.

He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. With deep experience and a clear strategic lens, Mike advances a360inc’s financial strength and operational excellence.
