Neil Heath has been named Division President, Legal Collections. One of ProVest’s earliest employees, Neil joined the company in 1992 and brings more than three decades of experience in default and creditors’ rights service of process. He played a pivotal role in establishing ProVest’s Collections division and has been a driving force behind its evolution into a nationally recognized market leader.

Neil’s deep operational and field experience—shaped by personally serving legal documents and managing internal operations—has informed his strategic approach to building scalable, efficient service models. Today, he leads ProVest’s Creditors’ Rights service of process practice nationwide, delivering operational precision, service continuity, and strong client partnerships across key markets.

A licensed process server, licensed private investigator, and Notary Public, Neil is also an active member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the United Trustees Association (UTA). His leadership continues to elevate ProVest’s performance and reinforce its longstanding reputation for reliability, integrity, and client success.
