Shane Coffman serves as Senior Vice President of Closing & Signing Solutions at a360inc, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the signing services and notary industry. He began his career in 1999 at First American Signature Services as one of the division’s original employees, playing a key role in scaling operations and building operational depth.

To deepen his field expertise, Shane became a staff notary in 2004, personally completing more than 3,000 successful signings. Later that year, he joined Express Notary Service as Operations Officer and was promoted to President in 2013. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, culminating in its acquisition by a360inc in 2020.

Today, Shane leads innovation across the closing and signing ecosystem, advancing secure, efficient solutions and supporting the expansion of Remote Online Notarization through the acquisition of Notary Hub.
